A One-Time Password is a unique password sent to your nominated mobile phone as an SMS Text message.

To register for One-Time Passwords simply:

Log in to Internet Banking
Go to the ‘Services & Help’ tab
Select ‘Set up Security Options’
Register your mobile phone number

Lost or stolen card?

A lost or stolen card can also be stopped at anytime within our Mobile Banking App. After reporting a card lost or stolen via our Mobile Banking App you have the option to re-order your card immediately. Alternately you can call us:

If you lose your card overseas contact Visa Global Assistance.
